  • Member of several technical committees and working groups, both at the national and international level and on subjects related mainly to the automated handling and management of bibliographical information.
  • National representative of Greece in the Telematics for Libraries Programme of the EU
  • Associate Professor, Archives and Library Studies Dept., Ionian University, 1994 –
  • Project manager and coordinator of several national and international research projects
  • He has been consulting libraries and other information services for many years on library automation and automated management of information.
  • He is the author of several works and has participated in many conferences on the above subjects.
