CONCERT 1
In this first concert of this weekend's series the works that are presented, form an hour long sonic immersion into the world of current acousmatic music functioning thus as a kaleidoscopic and comprehensive introduction to the electroacoustic music of this weekend. The program for this concert is curated by T.Lotis and includes works by Annette Vande Gorne, Ake Parmerud, Robert Normandeau, David Berezan, Ricardo Climent, Manuella Blackburn
CONCERT 2 IThis program, curated by A.Mniestris, is a collection of works by Ioannis Kalantzis, Stelios Giannoulakis, Vassilis Roupas, Konstantinos Karathanasis, Katerina Tzedaki, Nikos Stavropoulos, Panayotis Kokoras and Tim Ward, all of whom are (or were) affiliated to the HELMCA (Hellenic Electroacoustic Music Composers' Association) which is a group of electroacoustic music composers living in Greece or Greek composers living abroad. This association organises the yearly Electroacoustic Music Days since 2002, which is a three-days' concert forum in collaboration with Higher Education Institutions developing programs on electroacoustic music and can set up a proper sound-diffusion system for this kind of music (Music Department - Corfu, Dep.of Acoustics and Music Technology - Rethymno, Dep. of Technology of sound and Musical Instruments - Lixouri). Some of these pieces are included in the double CD "54 Electroacoustic Miniatures"
CONCERT 3
For over twenty years, the creative relationship of music with current electro-acoustic technologies has been developing at the Ionian University, initially at the Music Department - through EPHMEE - and then, ten years later, additionally at the Department of AudioVisual Arts. The composers who focus their teaching and research on the arts and technologies of sound in Corfu today are a creative group whose work covers all dimensions and directions of electro-acoustic music. This concert presents samples of the resent artistic production of these composers-researchers, namely Filippos Theoharidis, Apostolos Loufopoulos, Theodoros Lotis, Andreas Mniestris, Orestis Karamanlis and Ioannis Zannoς.

CONCERT 4
The first concert of Sunday is a colorful collection of works of various types such as, music for recorded media, mixed works for instruments and electronics, live electro-acoustic music and audiovisual composition. In this concert, curated by T. Lotis, are included works by Georgia Kalodikis, Justine Elloul, Virginie Viel and a live electronics improvisation by the asabe ensemble (Alexandros Angelakis, Nikos Antonopoulos, Theodoros Lothis, Giorgos Mizithras, Giorgos Stavridis). This program concludes with a work for violin and electronics (Rezarta Krougia violin) by Volkmar Klien, one of two Austrian guest composers. l
CONCERT 5
This concert concludes AKOΥSMATA 2017 with a collection of fixed media works proposed by our other Austrian guest Thomas Gorbach. The program includes a work by the pioneer Greek-Austrian composer Anestis Logothetis.
